Law enforcement officers from the Neosho Police Department, the Newton County Sheriff’s Office, the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and the Newton County Juvenile officer, Municipal Court, Neosho Fire Department, EMS, as well as probation and parole officers were on hand to assist more than 100 children and their families
