Women Get a Larger Slice of the Pie, Female Directors Now Hold 20% of Domino’s Pizza’s Board Seats

A few days ago, Domino’s Pizza UK IRL announced that Peter Klauber, one of the company’s longstanding directors, would step down from his seat on the board.  His departure will mark an importance milestone for Domino’s, a company that until June 2011 did not have even one female director on its board.  Domino’s appointed two women to its board in June 2011, and when Mr. Klauber leaves on September 30, female directors will hold 20% of the company’s board seats.
